1. Stars Over Hampton: Drone & Fireworks Spectacular (Hampton)
This is the one everyone is talking about this year! Hampton is stepping into the future with a massive celebration at the Downtown Hampton Waterfront.
Not only will you get a traditional fireworks display over the Hampton River, but 2026 features a 400-drone light show. These drones will create stunning 3D patriotic imagery and local landmarks right in the night sky.

2. Mount Trashmore Park Celebration (Virginia Beach)
A true local favorite! Virginia Beach residents know that Mount Trashmore is the place to be for a classic family picnic atmosphere. With the massive hill providing a natural amphitheater, you get a great view no matter where you sit.

Chesapeake City Park is the hub for families in the southern part of our region. While they often hold their main "Celebrate Freedom" event on July 3rd, the fireworks are always top-tier.
